Ruth Ann LeHane
Office Administrator/New Construction Coordinator
Ruth joined Royal in 1984 as a receptionist/secretary. As a valued employee exhibiting quality skills, attention to detail, an organized approach and consistent good cheer in all that she does, she soon after became the Royal Companies Administrative Assistant. She is the liaison to all Royal associates. You can expect absolute attention to detail and knowledge of real estate transactional procedures to be paramount in all her effort.
Over the years with Royal, she has had many responsibilities, from receptionist/secretary to residential rental manager, and finally settling into the roles of Administrative Assistant & New Construction Coordinator.
In the capacity of New Construction Coordinator, Ruth knows that a home, in all likelihood, will be one of your largest lifetime investments. She will make it a priority to facilitate the variable options for your new home and coordinate your selections within the construction schedule. She makes herself available throughout the transaction to support each buyer, their legal and financial representatives, agent, builder, and vendors.
In the past, she volunteered with TIP (Merrimack Valley Trauma Intervention Program), part of a national non-profit organization. TIP is a group of specially trained citizen volunteers, available 24/7, who are called by police officers, firefighters and hospital personnel to provide emotional and practical support to victims of traumatic events and their families in the first few hours following a tragedy. She has received the Gift Of Caring award and recently received her 5 year service award.
She is an animal lover with an eclectic group of rescue/foster pets. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially in her gazebo or outdoors at the lake.
